Nice to meet you

ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Randi-The Cornwall ADHD Coach.

If you’ve found your way here, there’s often a reason.

Something isn’t quite working in the way it should, or in the way you expected. You might be trying to support your teen, or trying to understand yourself, and finding that the usual advice doesn’t quite fit. That’s usually where this work begins.

My path into ADHD coaching didn’t start with theory. It started with experience. As a parent of a neurodivergent child, I’ve seen first-hand how complex ADHD can be, not just in terms of challenges, but in how easily it can be misunderstood. Alongside that, I’ve navigated my own ADHD diagnosis across both the US and the UK, which has shaped how I see this work in a very real, practical way.

Before coaching, I spent over a decade working in corporate HR and management. That experience taught me how people function under pressure, how systems succeed or fail, and how often capability is there, but access is the issue. What I’ve come to understand is that ADHD is rarely about a lack of ability. It’s about finding a way of working, thinking, and living that actually fits.

I now work with two main groups.

The first are teens, often bright, thoughtful, and capable, but struggling with confidence, overwhelm, or keeping up with the demands of school and life transitions.

The second are adults, many of whom are high-achieving on the outside, but quietly finding things harder than they “should” be. This often includes late-diagnosed ADHD, where things begin to make sense, but there’s still a gap between understanding and knowing what to do next.

In both cases, there’s often a similar thread. A sense of knowing there is more there, but not quite being able to access it consistently.

My approach is steady, practical, and grounded. I don’t focus on fixing people, because I don’t believe they are broken. Instead, I focus on helping you understand how your brain works, what creates overwhelm, and what allows things to feel more accessible. That might include ADHD-friendly tools, nervous system support, or simply creating space to think more clearly without pressure.

It’s not about doing more. It’s about finding a way that works with your brain.

This work matters deeply to me because I’ve seen what happens when the right support is in place. Confidence begins to rebuild. Things start to feel more manageable. And people begin to trust themselves again, often for the first time in a long time.

If you’re here because something feels difficult, or unclear, or just not quite right, you’re not alone in that.

And you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
